By now you are old enough to assume command of the council of michoacan. The other ten families will put up a fight against you at first but you dont take over the council without making some enemies. I'll be in Antwerp, you can find me where the king sits on a mountain of death. When you have the full support of the families come find me and i'll go with you when its time to unite the five councils. The councils in Sinaloa and Jalisco have support for our cause and our combined influence should be enough for us to have you selected as the 1st leader of the narco army.
But you have to win over the council in michoacan before you even think about uniting the narcos. Our plan has been in effect since i was in command and we are almost at the end.
