Dear FutureMe,
The last month has been not without grand reflection, grief and a lust for success. I hurt my shoulder and worked at the exercises often did my stretches for the splits, began to develop and deepen friendships. Learnt of repair and worked hard at it and started EMDR. I wish by the beginning of next year your djing at the party and the party itself went well and you took time to be present and relax and take it all in. The glory of having such friends to celebrate with you. Waking up from the rumble and realising you can rebuild, you can work on yourself and your body and create a platform for flexibility and progress and strength and a love of who you are and what you have achieved
