While doing my due diligence, I came across the filing below and need to confirm if the carrier is eligible for release. If they are eligible, please grant permission to terminate the filing and send the Letter of Release (LOR) — if any invoices have been sent out.If a buyout is required, please provide a copy of your Buyout Agreement and your most current aging report, including load numbers.

UCC request is not needed in this case, as we currently hold 1st position UCC on the carrier.we would like to receive the aging report and any open invoices.
