Hello, you remember me I hope.
I have known you ever so long, and I'd like to remind you of a few things.
Firstly, you are very loved, you are loved more than you realise and you would be so sad if it were not so (yes, even sadder than ever before; bet you thought that wasn't possible!)and you should realise that those wonderful people (you know who I mean) love you so very much no matter what you become.
Secondly I'd like you to remember all of those times you said you'd stop. All of those times you said that tommorow was a new beginning but ended up living tomorrow just like yesterday all the same. I'd like you to reflect on that for just a few moments today and consider:
-Why couldn't you change, what stopped you?
-What is it that you were trying to acheive then?
-What is it that you're trying to acheive now?
-Why was your approach unsuccessful?
And finally, I'd like to reassure you that there is always hope. In your darkest hour, in your deepest dispair, remember that things may not get better instantaneously, but that there is always something to live for, and think of those things now, for a little longer than you'd like to.
