Dear anyone from the future

im in desperate need of help, i have been on dialysis now for about 12 yrs, the year now is 2020, to be exact, 2020-09-01, during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, i have tried for a long time to find a cure for my disease but as of yet to no avail, i need help from anyone who can or will one day read this letter if there is some way you can get to me on this date or the day or even week after and help me, my life depends on it, my only desire is to live and be healthy and look after my wife and son, im willing to give anything, or DO anything to make this a reality, im even trying to save this letter online in order that someone from the future may read it and answer my call for mercy and help, as of yet not even the gods, or the aliens we know exist have bothered to help me, i don't know if anyone has ever tried this before but i have no choice iam desperate, the only thing i desire most in the world for me right now is out of my reach, unless something than can heal me is being hidden by our governments, which to be honest wouldn't surprise me, everything revolves around money in this age, and if everyone was healthy the medical systems would collapse, but im only asking for myself, if at all possible, i beg of you, whomever may be reading this one day in the future please heed my request, and help me, send someone, do something, and i will do anything, my life long service for my life, its a fair enough trade, im tired, and worn, this world is on the path to self annihilation, and i need to be healthy to be able to protect my family, please hear my prayer, my request, my wish, my one and only desire, and to which i will give or do anything to achieve, but i need your help, please i beg you, answer me please.
